How cool is this?
Janelle Wang, the lovely and brilliant host of San Francisco’s iconic “View from the Bay” (ABC-7 at 3pm on weekdays) has invited me and chef Kin Lui of Tataki Sushi Bar to appear on the show and discuss topics related to sustainability and the sushi industry. Should be fun… although live TV isn’t really my strong point (and just between us, Kin is terrified of cameras!)
