Sustainable Sushi: A Guide to Saving the Oceans One Bite at a Time was released coast-to-coast on January 13th, 2009.
It is available through this website (see the “Get the Book”) link as well as at many bookshops across North America.
This website exists as a support site that can keep the science and rankings presented in Sustainable Sushi up-to-date. Please check for updates as available science changes.
