Tuna looks Big Eye from Ecuadol,
Scallop looks Canadian,
Iwana? looks Salmon Trout or Atlantic Salmon to me.

Tuna is handlined yellowfin from Hawaii.

“Scallop looks Canadian”? Sorry man, you’re not fooling anyone. That’s a yesso scallop, farmed in Hokkaido.

Iwana — farmed arctic char from Washington State. And the fact that it looks similar to other salmon products is one of the reasons that it is beginning to succeed on the market.
